As an online buyer you are protected by law under the distance selling regulations (DSR). We exceed the legal requirements of this regulation to ensure that you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Items damaged in transit or faulty will be refunded in full including original and return postage costs only if we are informed, in writing (email or letter), within 14 days of your receipt of the items. Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item.
Return postage costs are based on 'normal' carriage rates, ie 1st or 2nd class signed for/trackable Royal Mail.
The extra costs of 'Timed' or 'Special Delivery' will not be paid.
Items returned as not required, wrongly ordered or a simple change of mind will be refunded in full, if notified in writing (email or letter) within 7 days of your receipt of the items but original and return postage costs will not be refundable. The item(s) must be unused and of re-saleable quality to qualify for a refund.
For all returns, where possible please enclose all original documentation and a note detailing the reason for the return. Returned items are sent at your own risk, therefore it is advisable to send via an insured and trackable method as refunds cannot be made if we do not receive the item(s).
