Telephone Wiring is a family run business with nearly 30 years of experience within the Telecoms industry. We pride ourselves on providing a fantastic service and providing quality items. We only supply the best quality products and not cheap imported imitations. In fact, most of our products are sourced directly from the same supplier to BT Openreach and are made in the UK.

Postage Charges: - Free postage (Royal Mail 2-5 day delivery) on EVERY ORDER
Deliveries: - All items ordered and paid for by 12.00pm Mon-Fri will be posted the same day; all other orders will be posted the following working day. (excluding weekends and public holidays) Please allow sufficient delivery times to include Bank Holidays and weekends. If your delivery has not arrived within a reasonably expected time, please contact us as above.
Returns: - Returning or exchanging an item - our 100% money back guarantee.
As an online buyer you are protected by law. We exceed the legal requirements of this regulation to ensure that you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Items damaged in transit or faulty will be refunded in full including original and return postage costs only if we are informed, in writing (email or letter), within 14 days of your receipt of the items. Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item.
Return postage costs are based on 'normal' carriage rates, i.e. 1st or 2nd class signed for/trackable Royal Mail. The extra costs of 'Timed' or 'Special Delivery' will not be paid.
Items returned as not required, wrongly ordered or a simple change of mind will be refunded minus a 20% restocking charge, if notified in writing (email or letter) within 7 days of your receipt of the items but original and return postage costs will not be refundable. The item(s) must be unused and of re-saleable quality to qualify for a refund.
For all returns, where possible please enclose all original documentation and a note detailing the reason for the return.
Returned items are sent at your own risk, therefore it is advisable to send via an insured and trackable method as refunds cannot be made if we do not receive the item(s).
